The Worshipful Company of Carmen St Dunstan Heritage Trust (Registered Charity No. 1174950) is one of the Company’s two charities, and owns the Carmen’s future home, which is the key facility to enhance and accelerate Carmen’s future benevolence - the Old School at St Dunstan in the West, off Fleet Street.
The Heritage Trust will restore, equip and operate the Old School – with a meeting and lecture room, museum, learning space and hot desks, helping other guilds, small charities, and London schoolchildren – a learning centre for transport education for the public benefit.
What is the Loving Cup? It’s a special two-handled silver vessel, filled with mulled wine, as the centre-piece of a much-loved City ritual, celebrating friendship. Three people stand, one holds the Cup, one drinks, and another protects that one’s back.
